I. INTRODUCTION
Kizi Travel Experiences (“Kizi Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides travel planning services including, but not limited to, trip curation, itinerary development, booking coordination, and travel consulting. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and constitute a binding agreement between you (“Client” or “Traveler”) and Kizi Travel Experiences.
By submitting a planning inquiry, paying a planning fee, or booking travel services through Kizi Travel Experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
II. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Our services may include:
- Customized travel design and trip planning
- Accommodation and activity research
- Detailed itinerary building
- Booking coordination for flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and dining (as applicable)
- Communication with vendors and partners on behalf of the client
- Travel support prior to departure
Kizi Travel Experiences acts as a travel planning and coordination service. We do not own or operate hotels, airlines, transportation companies, tour operators, or any third‑party suppliers.
III. PLANNING FEES
Any additional modifications requested after the itinerary has been delivered will incur extra fees, ranging from $50 to $75.
Trip planning fees are non-refundable and required before work begins.
Planning fees cover time, research, coordination, communication, and itinerary development. They do not cover the cost of travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, tours, or transportation.
IV. PAYMENTS & PRICING
Kizi Travel Experiences is not responsible for price increases or reservation loss due to delayed payments to third-party suppliers.
All trip components are subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking.
Prices quoted are estimates and may change due to supplier adjustments, exchange rates, or availability.
Payment for travel services must be made by the due dates provided. Failure to pay on time may result in loss of reservations or rate changes.
V. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Clients agree to review and comply with all supplier policies provided at the time of booking.
All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the respective suppliers.
Kizi Travel Experiences is not responsible for supplier actions, omissions, cancellations, or changes.
VI. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- Any cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds (if any) will follow the supplier’s policies.
- Planning fees remain non-refundable under all circumstances.
Client-Initiated Changes:
- Date changes, destination changes, and major itinerary adjustments may be treated as a new booking and subject to additional fees.
Supplier or Operational Changes:
Kizi Travel Experiences is not responsible for schedule changes, delays, closures, or cancellations by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third parties.
VII. Travel Documents & Requirements
Kizi Travel Experiences is not liable for denied entry or additional costs resulting from incomplete travel documentation.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other documentation required for entry into their destination.

Clients who decline travel insurance assume full responsibility for any losses that insurance would have c
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, interruptions, delays, lost baggage, and supplier default.
IX. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY
Clients are responsible for understanding their destination’s safety advisories, health risks, and entry requirements.
Travelers assume all risks associated with travel, including illness, injury, natural disasters, political instability, and changes in governmental policies.
Kizi Travel Experiences is not liable for any personal injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur.
X. CONDUCT & GROUP TRAVEL TERMS
For group trips planned through Kizi Travel Experiences:
Rooming assignments, shared accommodations, and group policies will be clearly communicated during planning.
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully with fellow participants, staff, and suppliers.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from group activities without refund.
XI. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
Acknowledge that delays in communication can affect availability and pricing.
Provide accurate personal and payment information.
Review all travel documents immediately upon receipt.
Communicate concerns or questions in a timely manner.
Adhere to all deadlines for payments and document submissions.
XII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of the planning fee paid.
Kizi Travel Experiences is not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers.
We are not responsible for force majeure events including weather, pandemics, strikes, terrorism, or governmental restrictions.
XIII. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for booking-related purposes and is not shared with unauthorized parties.
XIV. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By paying the planning fee or confirming your trip details, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
